Terms of Use

• SCORE 2025 is a paid Scholarship Academic Test (hereinafter referred to as "the Test") organized by Brownstone Education Private Limited including parents, subsidiary and affiliate vide its Brand Name Sri Chaitanya (hereinafter referred to as "Sri Chaitanya Academy"). The Test is valid only within the territory of India. Participation in the Test is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions provided hereinunder and available on the website.
• The Test shall be governed by the following SCORE 2025 Terms and Conditions governing usage of the platform (shall mean The Website and Application are hereinafter collectively referred to as "Platform"), including Terms of Use, privacy policy and any other policy available on the platform. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy https://srichaitanyaacademy.net/privacy are incorporated herein by reference https://srichaitanyaacademy.net/terms. Terms not defined herein shall have their meaning ascribed to the Terms of Use.
• Upon your participation in the Test, you may be eligible to win such prize or benefits as determined by Sri Chaitanya Academy at its sole discretion and displayed on the Platform or communicated by Sri Chaitanya Academy in writing over email or any other mode of communication. The method and criteria of awarding and distribution of the Prize shall be determined by Sri Chaitanya Academy at its sole discretion and governed by the Prize Terms set forth below.
• The subscribers to the Ultimate/Pro package on the Platform are eligible to participate in the Test, but such subscribers shall be not eligible for any scholarship program offered by Sri Chaitanya Academy (or any of the benefits thereunder) as part of the Prize.
• You hereby represent and warrant that (a) you are competent to enter into a valid binding contract in accordance with the applicable laws;(b) you have the requisite rights and consent to enter into these SCORE 2025 Terms and Prize Terms. If you agree and consent to these terms on behalf of any other person, you have the requisite legal authority and consent of the person on whose behalf you agree to and consent to these terms.

However, if you are a minor, i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may participate in the Test and use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these SCORE 2025 Terms read with the Prize Terms and Terms of Use.

• In addition to the requirements set forth in the SCORE 2025 Terms, Prize Terms and Terms of Use, you should meet the following requirements in order to be eligible to participate in the Test:
  1. You must be an individual participating in your personal capacity (not as a company, organization, or other legal entity);
  2. You must be a citizen of India;
  3. You must be residing in India;
  4. You must be legally eligible to enter into a contract in accordance with the applicable laws; and
  5. You must be registered as a valid user on the Platform

In addition to the above-mentioned eligibility requirements to participate in the Test, you are required to have a valid residential address, contact number, and e-mail id. For the avoidance of doubt, please note that the Test is open to participation by individuals only. Corporate entities, agencies and any non-human legal entities are not allowed to participate in the Test. Employees, consultants, interns, and educators associated with Sri Chaitanya Academy are not eligible to participate in the Test. You shall be required to pay such fees for participation in the Test as determined by Sri Chaitanya Academy at its sole discretion and displayed on the Platform from time to time. If Sri Chaitanya Academy determines at any time that you are not in compliance with any of the SCORE 2025 Terms or Terms of Use, your participation in the Test shall be treated as null and void, and you shall not be eligible for the Prize or any component thereof.

• Additionally, the following criteria shall be applicable to participating in the Test: (i) For Class XII and JEE Main/ JEE Advanced/ NEET Aspirants: Students studying in Class 11th as on 1st Jan of the relevant year. (ii) For Class XI and JEE Main/ JEE Advanced/ NEET Aspirants: Students studying in Class 10th as on 1st Jan of the relevant year. (iii) For Class VII-X School Aspirants: Students studying in Class 7-10 respectively as on 1st Jan of the relevant year. Ranking Criteria: Participants securing the highest marks by completing the Test in the least time duration shall be used as the criteria to determine the ranks. In the event where two or more participants to the Test secure the same marks, the time taken to complete the Test shall be used as a tiebreaker to determine the ranks of such participants, and the participant who has taken lesser time in completing the Test shall be ranked higher.
• The results of the Test along with the final ranks secured by the participants to the Test shall be declared within 10 days after completion of the Test. Sri Chaitanya Academy shall not be liable in any manner for any delay in declaring the results of the Test as a result of any factors or reasons beyond the reasonable control of Sri Chaitanya Academy.
• Information that is available on the official web page of the Platform shall be regarded as the only authentic and valid information with respect to the Test. Sri Chaitanya Academy shall not be held responsible for any incorrect or misleading information relating to the Test, presented, or displayed on any other source other than the official web page of the Platform, and also shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you in this regards. All the information displayed on the platform and website is provided on an "as-is" basis.
• The Test can be conducted online or offline under the sole discretion of the Company. To participate in the Test through online mode, you are required to follow the below steps: Log in to your Sri Chaitanya Academy account on the Platform. Participate in the Test while it is live and active on the Platform. You must appear for the Test live to remain eligible for the Prize(s). Responses to the Test questions should be submitted by you while the Test is live and available on the official web page on the Platform. You can begin the Test once it is live; but the Test will end at the stipulated end time automatically.
• The Test shall be conducted on such dates as displayed on the Platform or communicated by Sri Chaitanya Academy in writing over email or any other mode of communication from time to time. Sri Chaitanya Academy reserves the right to modify the dates at any time by displaying the revised dates on the Platform without prior notice to you.
• After the results of the Test are announced, Sri Chaitanya Academy will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine if the Participants have participated in the Test in accordance with the SCORE 2025 Terms and the Terms of Use.
• If Sri Chaitanya Academy determines at any time that you have violated any of the SCORE 2025 Terms or Terms of Use, or engaged in any unlawful or unethical practices, including but not limited to, having prior access to the questions in the Test, usage of any circumventing technology to manipulate the Platform algorithm or any act which gives you an unfair advantage over other participants of the Test: (a) your participation in the Test shall be treated as null and void ab initio; (b) you shall not be eligible for the Prize or any component thereof; and (c) Sri Chaitanya Academy may at its sole discretion cancel any Prize or benefits without any liability to you, and take such other actions as set forth in the Terms of Use and pursue such remedies as available to Sri Chaitanya Academy under applicable laws.
• If Sri Chaitanya Academy determines that you have participated in the Test using multiple accounts or any other method in violation of the SCORE 2025 Terms or Terms of Use, you shall be forthwith disqualified automatically without the requirement of any notice and shall not be entitled to the Prize or any benefit or component thereof. Additionally, you shall be barred from participating in any future Test, exams at the sole discretion of Sri Chaitanya Academy.
• Sri Chaitanya Academy shall have sole and absolute discretion in determining the participants who have secured the top ranks in the Test in accordance with its policies and procedures read with the applicable laws, rules, regulations etc, SCORE 2025 Terms and Terms of Use. Sri Chaitanya Academy may, at its sole discretion and without any liability, disqualify the participation of any Top Ranker if it determines that the Top Ranker has violated any of the SCORE 2025 Terms or Terms of Use in any manner. Upon such disqualification, the Top Ranker shall not be entitled to any Prize or any components or benefit thereof, and participation of such participant in the Test shall be deemed null and void ab initio. Any communication, clarification, query, dispute in this regard by the participant, or any of the legal heirs or guardians of such participant in any manner shall not be entertained by Sri Chaitanya Academy.
• You are solely liable to ensure that your participation in the Test is lawful and in accordance with the laws of India. Neither Sri Chaitanya Academy nor its representatives or agents shall be deemed to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of the answers to the Test submitted by you or your participation in the Test. Sri Chaitanya Academy reserves the right to request proof of your eligibility or any other information in the event that there is any doubt over your eligibility or participation in the Test.
• Upon your participation in the Test, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you shall participate in the Test for yourself and not for any third party in any manner.
• You hereby consent to and grant Sri Chaitanya Academy a perpetual, irrevocable, exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, fully paid-up, unlimited, assignable, transferable and sublicensable right and license to use in any form, manner and medium whatsoever, at the sole and absolute discretion of Sri Chaitanya Academy, the Content, your name, photo, image, visual representation, comment, or statement, in any media for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in any form or any other objective by Sri Chaitanya Academy, as deemed appropriate by Sri Chaitanya Academy at its sole discretion.
• The 'use' referred to herein means use, copy, display, distribute, modify, translate, reformat, incorporate into advertisements and other works, analyze, promote, commercialize, create derivative works, and in the case of third-party services, allow their users and others to do the same. 'Content' means and includes (but is not limited to) photos, audio, video, and all other forms of information or data in any form of media that you submit, upload, share or transmit to Sri Chaitanya Academy, through or in connection with the Test, such as images, photos, messages, videos, and any other materials.
• It may happen that the Platform is inaccessible or non-functional, either for planned maintenance or any other reason. You accept that you will not have any recourse against Sri Chaitanya Academy in any of these types of cases where the Platform may not be available to you for a period of time. Sri Chaitanya Academy, its parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, licensors, suppliers, partners, agents and representatives make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, lack of errors, or accuracy of the Test content, and expressly disclaim any warranties in any form direct or indirect or conditions (express or implied), including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Sri Chaitanya Academy and its parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, licensors, suppliers, partners, agents and representatives make no warranty that you will obtain specific results by participating in the Test. Your participation in the Test is entirely at your own risk.

Sri Chaitanya Academy may decide to cease making available certain features of the Platform at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Under no circumstances shall Sri Chaitanya Academy or its parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, licensors, suppliers, partners, agents and representatives be held liable for any damages due to such interruptions or lack of availability of such features. Sri Chaitanya Academy is not responsible for any delay or failure of performance of the Platform caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Sri Chaitanya Academy, including without limitation, an act of war, hostility, or sabotage, epidemic, pandemic, natural disaster, electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage, or government restrictions.

• Sri Chaitanya Academy will not be responsible in case anyone is unable to participate in the Test on account of not having access to the Test for any reason.
• Sri Chaitanya Academy shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to you on account of postponement, discontinuation, delay, alteration or modification, or cancellation of the Test pursuant to compliance with any law, ruling, order, judgment, regulation, requirement, or instruction of any Central or State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its reasonable control.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, you hereby indemnify and keep Sri Chaitanya Academy, its parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, and representatives harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be brought against Sri Chaitanya Academy, incurred or suffered by Sri Chaitanya Academy due to (a) your participation in the Test; (b) use of Content provided by you to Sri Chaitanya Academy; or (c) breach of any of the SCORE 2025 Terms.
• Sri Chaitanya Academy shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, special, remote, punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by you or Sri Chaitanya Academy. Sri Chaitanya Academy accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting answers to the Test. Sri Chaitanya Academy does not accept responsibility for (a) lost, late or answers not submitted for any reason, or (b) any technical or access issue, failure, malfunction, or difficulty that might hinder your ability to participate in the Test, or (c) any event which may cause the Test to be disrupted in any manner.
• Subject to the foregoing, in no event shall the maximum aggregate liability of Sri Chaitanya Academy for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of or in connection with the Test exceed an amount of INR 150/- or the amount paid by you to undertake the Test, whichever amount is higher.
• Participants of the Test who are eligible for the Prize(s) shall be contacted by Sri Chaitanya Academy via email or any other mode of communication. Sri Chaitanya Academy shall not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, expenses whether expressed, implied, real, consequential incurred by you due to your participation, non-participation or otherwise in the Test.
• Sri Chaitanya Academy reserves the right to modify, add, substitute, or delete the SCORE 2025 Terms at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice to you.
• Any disputes with respect to the Test shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to principles of conflict of laws. The courts in Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising out of, under, or in relation to, the Test.
• The rights and remedies available to Sri Chaitanya Academy as set out in these terms and conditions are without prejudice and in addition to any other right or remedy that Sri Chaitanya Academy may have under applicable laws.

Prize Terms and Conditions

• The Test to win the Prize (as defined in the relevant terms) is conducted by Brownstone Education Private Limited in association with its parent entity, subsidiaries vide its Brand Name by Sri Chaitanya (hereinafter referred to as "Sri Chaitanya Academy").
• Participation in the Test is purely voluntary in nature and does not guarantee winning the Prize. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Sri Chaitanya Academy to select a participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Sri Chaitanya Academy to conduct further, similar or other Tests in future.
• The winner(s) of the Test shall be eligible to claim the Prize after taking admission to the JEE and/or NEET courses as per the criteria mentioned by Sri Chaitanya Academy. Additionally, the winner(s) of the Test shall interact with the faculty members of Sri Chaitanya Academy at the time of claiming the prize, in such form and manner as determined by Sri Chaitanya Academy at its sole discretion.
• Sri Chaitanya Academy shall have the sole discretion to determine the number of Prizes and winners of the Test. A Participant who has received a Prize for the Test shall not be eligible for any other prize in any other exam or test irrespective of his/her Test ranking. The winner(s) of the Test shall be given the Prize(s) subject to these terms and conditions.
• Any ranks or marks with respect to the Test that are granted before the official announcement of the Test results by Sri Chaitanya Academy shall be considered provisional and cannot be used to claim any Prize.
• Sri Chaitanya Academy shall contact the winner(s) of the Test within a commercially reasonable period of time after determining the winners of the Test. In the event there is no response from the winner(s) of the Test within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the communication sent by Sri Chaitanya Academy, the Prize shall be deemed to be forfeited without the requirement of any notice, or any liability to Sri Chaitanya Academy.
• The winner(s) of the Test needs to submit such details as required by Sri Chaitanya Academy, including name, postal address with pin code and govt. issued address proof, govt. issued birth certificate with govt. issued age proof, contact number, photograph with govt. issued ID proof, valid proof of admission to the relevant course offered by Sri Chaitanya Academy, current and previous years' mark sheets, any other document or information requested by Sri Chaitanya Academy, and a no-objection certificate to the satisfaction of Sri Chaitanya Academy within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the communication sent by Sri Chaitanya Academy in order to claim the Prize. Sri Chaitanya Academy shall dispatch the Prize within ninety (90) days of successful verification of the details provided by the winner of the Test. Sri Chaitanya Academy shall not be liable for any loss that occurs during the dispatch of the Prize to the address provided by the winner(s) of the Test.
• If the winner(s) of the Test fails to provide the required details within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the communication sent by Sri Chaitanya Academy, the Prize shall stand forfeited without the requirement of any notice, or any liability to Sri Chaitanya Academy, and the winner shall not be entitled to bring any claims in this regard.
• Sri Chaitanya Academy shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any winner of the Test should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other reason at the sole discretion of Sri Chaitanya Academy.
• Incomplete information provided by a participant, failure to provide true and accurate information as required by Sri Chaitanya Academy, or failure to submit proof of identification or any other information required by Sri Chaitanya Academy will automatically disqualify the winner(s) of the Test, and the Prize shall stand forfeited without the requirement of any notice, or any liability to Sri Chaitanya Academy.
• The scholarship and benefit awarded by Sri Chaitanya Academy may be withdrawn at the sole discretion under the following circumstances: (i) if you fail your school examinations; (ii) if your attendance in the classroom programs offered by Sri Chaitaniya drops below 85%, or if you do not appear for scheduled tests or fail to meet the required academic thresholds; (iii) if any act of indiscipline is reported; (iv) if you are absent from classes without prior written approval from the Branch Head; or (v) if your absence exceeds two consecutive weeks without approved leave, including for medical reasons. The decision of Sri Chaitanya Academy in this regard shall be final and binding.
• Distribution of the Prize to the winner by Sri Chaitanya Academy shall discharge Sri Chaitanya Academy of any and all obligations towards the winner(s) of the Test, and such winner(s) shall not be entitled to bring any claims against Sri Chaitanya Academy in this regard.
• If the winner(s) of the Test is not determined for any reason, including without limitation, any event beyond the reasonable control of Sri Chaitanya Academy, Sri Chaitanya Academy shall have no liability towards the participants.
• The winner(s) of the Test hereby consents to use of his/her image, photograph, video, name and likeness in publicity material by Sri Chaitanya Academy and in advertising, marketing or promotional material in any media by any means throughout the world for any purpose connected with the products/services of Sri Chaitanya Academy or any company within the Sri Chaitanya Academy group of companies without additional compensation or prior notice.
• The winner(s) of the Test hereby consents to and grants Sri Chaitanya Academy the right to use the name or username that he/she submits in connection with the Test. The winner(s) of the Test irrevocably waives, and causes to be waived, any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to such use brought against Sri Chaitanya Academy, its directors, officers, employees, agents and/or its group companies. The winner(s) of the Test hereby consents to use of the Content, his/her image, photograph, video, name and likeness in publicity material by Sri Chaitanya Academy and in advertising, marketing or promotional material in any media by any means throughout the world for any purpose connected with the products/services of Sri Chaitanya Academy or any company within the Sri Chaitanya Academy group of companies without additional compensation or prior notice.
• The Test is valid for a limited period only, subject to the sole discretion of Sri Chaitanya Academy. Sri Chaitanya Academy reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Test and/or these terms and conditions without any prior notice. The decision of Sri Chaitanya Academy is final, and binding, and no correspondence shall be entered into in this regard.
• The participant represents and warrants that he/she shall be solely liable to comply with the applicable laws and regulations with respect to his/her participation in the Test.
• The winner(s) of the Test shall be solely liable to comply with the applicable laws and regulations with respect to the Prize, including without limitation, obligations to pay applicable taxes and duties on the Prize.
• Sri Chaitanya Academy disclaims all responsibility associated with the Prize, including without limitation, any warranties associated with the Prize and/or any additional costs or expenses associated with the Prize, its distribution, transportation and not specifically included in the Prize. Sri Chaitanya Academy shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any participant as a result of these terms and conditions, entering into this Test or accepting any part of the Prize.
• Sri Chaitanya Academy shall not be responsible for any deficiency in the Prize and does not make any representation about the quality, make, performance, features, endurance, finishing, benefits, or fitness of the Prize. Sri Chaitanya Academy and its parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, licensors, suppliers, partners, agents and representatives make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security of the Prize, and expressly disclaim any warranties or conditions (express or implied), including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
• The Prize is offered on a 'no exchange-no refund' basis. Sri Chaitanya Academy shall not entertain any requests for exchange or substitution in lieu of the Prize offered by Sri Chaitanya Academy. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for other items or prizes.
• Notwithstanding the above, Sri Chaitanya Academy, at its sole discretion, retains the right to substitute the Prize with another reward of similar value in the event the Prize is not available for any reason.
• Sri Chaitanya Academy shall not be liable to the participants or any third party for any indirect, special, remote, punitive, exemplary, incidental or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and/or Sri Chaitanya Academy. Sri Chaitanya Academy accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting answers to the Test. Sri Chaitanya Academy does not accept responsibility for (1) lost, late or answers not submitted for any reason, or (2) any technical or access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of a participant to participate in the Test or (3) any event which may cause the Test to be disrupted in any manner.
• The participant undertakes to indemnify and keep Sri Chaitanya Academy, its parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, and representatives harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be brought against Sri Chaitanya Academy, incurred or suffered by Sri Chaitanya Academy due to participant's breach of any of the terms and conditions herein contained.
• The winner(s) of the Test acknowledges and agrees that he/she is not a consumer under the applicable laws and shall not be entitled to bring any claim or action against Sri Chaitanya Academy with respect to the Prize.
• Sri Chaitanya Academy reserves the right to modify, add, substitute, or delete these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion without prior notice to you.
• Any disputes with respect to the Test shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to principles of conflict of laws. The courts in Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising out of, under, or in relation to, the Test.
• The rights and remedies available to Sri Chaitanya Academy as set out in these terms and conditions are without prejudice and in addition to any other right or remedy that Sri Chaitanya Academy may have under applicable laws.
• Participation in the Test shall be subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• If you are a repeat Test taker, you shall be eligible only for the scholarship benefit. No other entitlements, incentives, or benefits under this program shall apply or be extended to you. Sri Chaitanya Academy reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, or withdraw any of the terms and conditions stated herein, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, at any time.

Golden Ticket Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility Criteria 

  • Eligibility for participation in this Golden Ticket initiative is expressly restricted to individuals who meet all specified criteria. Such participation is contingent upon the participant being a bona fide student formally enrolled in academic grades 8 to 11 for the forthcoming academic year 2025-2026. Furthermore, a prerequisite for eligibility is the achievement of a qualifying score on the SCORE Examination, which must have been completed in full compliance with all prevailing rules and regulations.  
  • The participant's socio-economic status must demonstrably reflect financial hardship, mandating the submission of verifiable proof of household income below the stipulated threshold of INR 4,00,000 (Rupees Four Lakhs) per annum. Special consideration shall be afforded to students from single-parent households (inclusive of instances where the parent is a widower, divorcee, or is legally separated), subject to the provision of official documentation confirming such status and evidence of financial necessity. 
  • To qualify for the free education, the Participant must  not be currently enrolled as a tuition-paying student in any course or program offered by Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions, Sri Chaitanya Schools, Sri Chaitanya Academy or Infinity Learn for the academic year 2025-2026 at the time of the Golden Ticket award. 
  • Given that all Participants are minors, their participation and acceptance of these T&Cs are predicated on the explicit, informed, and verifiable consent of their parent or legal guardian. By allowing the minor to participate, the parent or legal guardian warrants that they possess the full legal authority to grant such consent and bind the minor to these T&Cs. 

• Selection Process  

  • Participants will first be identified based on their performance in the SCORE Examination. A merit list will be prepared based on SCORE results. From the top-ranking students on the merit list, the Organizer will initiate a rigorous socio-economic verification process for potential Golden Ticket recipients. This will involve: (a) submission of all required documents; (b) potential in-person interviews or home visits by authorized representatives of the Organizer to verify economic status and living conditions; and (c) cross-referencing provided information with official records or third-party verification agencies, if necessary
  • Upto top 100 eligible students who successfully pass both the academic qualification through the SCORE exam and the comprehensive socio-economic verification will be awarded a Golden Ticket Certificate.
  • In the event of a tie in SCORE examination ranks for the final positions, the Organizer will employ a pre-determined tie-breaking methodology (e.g., specific subject scores and overall academic performance which will be final and binding). The Organizer’s decision on the selection of the Golden Ticket recipients is final, non-appealable, and binding upon all Participants.

• Scholarship Benefit

  The Golden Ticket guarantees three (3) academic year of free, world-class education at a designated Sri Chaitanya School or College, for the academic year 2025-2026, for the class/program for which the student has qualified. 

  • The free education specifically covers: (a) full waiver of standard tuition fees for the selected academic program; (b) full waiver of fees for any supplementary coaching directly provided by Sri Chaitanya as part of the standard curriculum for the selected program;  (c) provision of all standard textbooks, workbooks, and core study materials required for the academic program. (d) access to dedicated academic and personal mentorship from Sri Chaitanya faculty and staff, as per program structure.
  • This Golden Ticket shall remain valid for a period of three (3) years, subject to the following conditions: (i) successful completion of your school examinations; (ii) maintaining attendance of at least eighty-five percent (85%) in the classroom programs offered by Sri Chaitanya; (iii) no incidents of indiscipline being reported; (iv) securing a minimum score of ninety (90) percentile in the examinations as prescribed by Sri Chaitanya; and (v) continued compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, policies, and directions of Sri Chaitanya, as may be amended from time to time. Any breach of the foregoing conditions shall render this Golden Ticket liable to immediate cancellation without any obligation on the part of Sri Chaitanya to provide compensation or alternate benefits.
  • The Golden Ticket does not cover (a) boarding and lodging expenses; (b) transportation costs; (c); uniforms, stationery beyond standard materials, or personal expenses; (d) fees for external examinations (e.g., board exams, competitive exam registrations not part of the standard curriculum); (e) optional extracurricular activities, field trips, or special workshops that incur additional costs; and (f) any other fees or charges not explicitly listed under these T&Cs.

• Non-Transferability 

  •   The Golden Ticket is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be sold, exchanged, assigned to any third party, or converted into cash or any other monetary value. Any attempted transfer will immediately void the Golden Ticket.
